Andrea Williams
Andrea Williams is President and Executive Director of My World Inc. As creator of the My World Program, Andrea’s initial goal was to develop and launch the organization. She currently leads the program efforts to encourage, enhance, and most important, educate our youth about the world they live in and the social issues they will face at an early age, preparing them for success. She is a graduate of the University of Hartford, Hartford CT, were she obtained a B.A in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Andrea lives in Manchester, CT. with her husband and two daughters.
Lynette Baker-Joiner
Lynette is the Assistant Director of My World Inc. As the Asst Director, she oversees the program development and operations, and assumes the responsibilities of the Executive Director when she is not available. She is a graduate of Capitol Community College with an associate in Science and is currently studying to be an LPN at Stone Academy in East Hartford CT. Lynette lives in Hartford, CT, with her husband and children.
Joyce Williams
Joyce is responsible for Community Relations. She serves a liaison between the parents, community and members. She has been with My World since the beginning. Joyce works for the State of Connecticut, is a parent of two, and resides in Windsor, CT.
Melissa Richards
Melissa serves as secretary for My World. In this position she is the official custodian of the records and seal of this organization and is also responsible for all communications. She holds a BA in Human Services, obtained at Springfield College, Springfield MA. She is currently working on becoming a social worker to make a difference in children's lives. She loves spending time with kids and taking time out with her family. She resides in East Hartford, CT.
